No, not without your OK. At first it only suggests. If you want, you switch on some routine tasks one by one, like the reminder the day before, and each one stays written in the log.

No. Alfred does not record calls. If you give it a call transcript, or dictate a voice note about what you discussed, it writes the summary and prepares the next steps.

Alfred turns the promises made in emails, chats and calls into deadlines. Every morning it tells you who to call and why, and if a client doesn't reply to a quote it already has a polite follow-up ready.

Yes. Alfred imports contacts and projects from Excel and CSV and has a built-in CRM. It also connects to Odoo; for other CRMs and management software we look at the connection together.

No. You keep your WhatsApp Business number and keep using it from your phone.

It stays on your computer, in an encrypted archive. The AI receives only the text needed for the task at hand, never the whole archive. You can export or delete everything with one button.

You remain the controller of your clients' data; when we give you support we act as processor, under a written agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Full details are in the privacy notice.
